No attributes set according to ATTRIB, it's plain FAT32 disc. Trying a 
copy action results in "unable to open file - freeldr.ini".
Think I saw some ACCESS DENIED also when using EDIT, but I cannot 
reproduce that error.

If you need more info let me know, I'll try my best to get that then. 
Wish I knew how to install ReactOS, delete all files and simply do a 
file compare of harddisk image file to find any possible issue.

QEMU version of a installed ReactOS is available at: [ 
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/reactos/ReactOS-0.3.9-REL-qemu.zip ], 
though I didnt try that one, just in my own VmWare emulator.
