It;s only as fixed as the amount of computers there are that can be servers and 
by the amount of people that can buy and maintain them and by the amount of 
material available to construct the computers, and but what about if it's also 
fixed by physical limits in how small you can make hard drives, computer 
processors and other parts of computer systems? THIS is why in the news the 
other day it was sayin that Comcast is going to start charging more for people 
who download more than other people.

Does anyone know of any websites that are still on the air after 12 years' 
time? It's 2008 and the web was started in 95, and I know Terry Siegel wasn't 
saying he's had any certain websites active all this time, but I do 
occasionally see one or two websites out there that still haven't changed in 
about 10 years time, I think.  It reminds me of that joke on The Simpsons where 
Homer says that he doesn't want to learn anything new because if he did 
something else in his head will be pushed out. I think maybe the world wide web
