They didn't have *ANY* point. Even after all the time (see groklaw 
website) they still can't prove any of their claims. Claims which are so 
ridiculous, that any court outside the USA would have had a good laugh 
before dismissing the case immediately.
It is a whole new dimension of riding a dead horse. :D

It all boils down to statements like "Yes, there are violations. We're 
damn sure of it. We just can't find them anywhere." and "Yes we sold it, 
but that doesn't matter, we still own it!". It's absolutely insane. The 
only party that benefits from all this are some professional 
carpetbaggers and - of course - the lawyers.
