Yes, you split all ending "*/" by space (which is not required in case
of "#if 0") and this saves in case, when nested comments not supported. But
if somewhere nested comments support turned on (option -C in TC/BC), then
this source will not be compiled.

This mean, that in you environment option -C isn't set.
