Hm...
Try to test the music playing. (PLAYDWM sample.dwm)
I know that Diamondware has problems with DMA autodetection.
If you set the soundblaster parameters manualy (but would need to modify the
source of PLAYDWD) it should work on any SB compatible card.
I think that music playing doesn't use DMA so it works in more cases than
sound playing.
