Easy. (Manually) create file descript.ion with contents like:
file1.ext file description
file2.exe my beloved program
in directory, where lies file1.ext and file2.exe.

Try with CTMOUSE - install at COM port with non-attached mouse (for
example, /s2) in Mouse Systems mode (no /y option). At exit, driver should
return errorlevel 1 (see ctmouse.txt).
