However I interpreted sentences after that as 3:
1) 8086 command.com, works with CALL /S and KSSF, no loadhi/loadfix
2) 186+ xmsswap.com, including loadfix
3) 8086 xmsswap, with some disabled features as it would otherwise be
too big.
I would prefer option 3 as most optimal, but depends on what you
explicitly disabled :)
