1. Well over half of the actual code you want is being placed, largely unchanged. If you're keeping score, you win. 2. After one validates a handle, one does not need to check that a handle index will later overflow. 3. A minor fixme in an existing development is hardly the same thing as an imported fixme wrapped in a contentious request.

4 and final. The mappable pages cx bug is the most valuable information provided. Good for you for finding it. I knew about the re-zeroing handle names deficiency, but it didn't and probably wouldn't cause problems.
