It might be worth trying a few of the previous
versions of html help. The changes are well documented
in the HISTORY file, so you should be able to track
down where it went wrong.
I'd do this myself, but I am very busy this next week.
It seems the position(s) of maintainer are still up
for grabs, but there are plenty of people who are
willing to make contributions... this is good.
Any volunteers to be maintainer? It is ok to email me
privately.
