     I think, HIGHSCAN may be synonym for I=TEST (or X=TEST?).

     I think, this may be useful feature: load system, then run EMM386 to
report which memory is available in the upper memory areas. Then this report
may be used to decise which I= use in EMM386 command line or it may be
sended to you as bug report.
