MEM 1.5 is up for grabs at http://freedos.sf.net/mem/mem15.zip

User visible changes are:

* implemented mem /c at popular request
* detect EMS memory if an EMS driver is present without a page frame
(with FreeDOS "EMM386 NOEMS"), no longer reporing "EMS Internal
  Error".
* made output more MS compatible, also reporting the amount of extended
memory if no XMS driver is present
* fixed a couple of issues in the "mem /f" output; it now also detects the
relocated Extended BIOS Data Area (EBDA), the drive data table and
  a sector buffer.
