Sometimes a specific PC have problem running a program (like HIMEM A20
not all machine work in same way). It's very trouble for user like me

What I know is VIA C3 put much effort to reduce heat, for 1GHz CPU it
can even work without heatsink, maybe it's the reason for slow.
