Only the code.  Several people have said it would be a good idea to have
such a document, but no one has ever done the work.

There is one client per human player, and a server.  Hence for example,
"game" and "sGame" in the debug routine you are looking at.  Debug
routines are very special in being allowed to get away with this hack.
