To compare Col1 and freecol resource output i need to know what the difficulty setting other > tile production does.
Freecol has 5 levels for this setting, are they intended to correspond exactly with Col1 difficulty levels ? Does the setting apply to all tiles or just special ones (like the center colony tile) ?
