Good catch, this is a surprising omission.  Patch applied.

Posting here is probably more direct if the patch has some issue to discuss.

Since you have looked at a building bug, can I suggest you look at BR#2871069?
It is really unclear what the Arsenal did in Col1.  Some related recent 
discussion
occurred in the "Bug Roundup" thread, for which google found:
