At the moment, I don't think we should embed the current goods container 
code in the GoodsLocation, since we actually use two quite different 
kinds of goods containers, one for units and one for settlements. Units 
have a fixed number of fixed-size "holds", with a capacity of either one 
unit or one hundred goods of the same type. Settlements, on the other 
hand, contain a "hold" or "bin" for every goods type defined, and their 
capacity varies over time.
