lspci -v from a Ubuntu on the same machine.
This does not happen with Ubuntu, which uses the xhci)hcd driver.
ASMedia Technology Inc. ASM1042 SuperSpeed USB Host Controller
With nothing connected, USB 3.0 seems to be in a loop.
