After installing vagrant and rubygem-vagrant-mutate with pkg(8) vagrant-mutate
plugin is not available:
root@freebsd # vagrant plugin list
No plugins installed.
root@freebsd # pkg info | grep vagrant
rubygem-vagrant-mutate-1.2.0_1 Convert vagrant boxes to work with different
providers
vagrant-2.1.5 Vagrant Virtual Machine Manager
root@freebsd # ruby --version
ruby 2.4.4p296 (2018-03-28 revision 63013) [amd64-freebsd12]
