      x11/budgie: Restore to the tree
      This reverts commit 6ea8a98a6540238635dd56b9ebecf3f3bacdeed6.
      This reverts commit 09f8b7e01b7571a97dbc57eda4214f82b33e21da.
Only x11/budgie-desktop was broken, the other ports including
x11-wm/magpie were removed as its dependents. The build is fixed in
      the following commit.

As these are now new ports, a maintainer is required.
Please seek assent from the old maintainer before adding him
back in (he seems to be absent) or add yourself as maintainer.
Do not restore the port with an absentee maintainer so that
the situation repeats in a year or two.
No, those are not new ports. Those are old ports that were removed by
mistake.
They're new in the sense that they're re-added and effectively unmaintained
which is what fuz is trying to convey.

And what I am saying is that it is not the case. Those ports were
removed by mistake, so their removal and unremoval is a noop.

Many people explained your mistake to you. They did it several times.
You do not seem to understand that you made a mistake.

Take a step back. Breathe. Read what I wrote in the other thread. Think
about it. Use that procedure in the future.

You're twisting the narrative and missing the point, them main port (not meta) was listed as broken, and that was verified by core member and others and it's a suite. You can read the rest in the other thread and several have brought up shortcomings of policies. Additionally there's already an ongoing discussion how to improve things overall. Why not reflecting on it and how to improve the overall situation of the tree and related polices?

Best regards,
Daniel
