I cleaned jails and ports and re-created them. (created an empty
${POUDRIERE_DATA}).

ktrace shows:

34803 sh NAMI
"/hpool/poudriere/data/.m/120amd64-default/ref/packages/Latest/pkg.txz"
34803 sh RET fstatat -1 errno 2 No such file or directory

But ${POUDRIERE_DATA}.m/ is empty on a fresh install.
How can this ever work?

I attach my poudriere.conf and portshaker.conf (which worked for years).
