How many ports are concerned?

if just one there is no need to add this into shebangfix.mk

just do it in the DTraceToolkit port:
USES=   shebangfix
sh_OLD_CMD=     /usr/bin/sh
sh_CMD= ${SH}
SHEBANG_LANG    sh
