Why not ${.OBJDIR}/ccache? This avoids one big port taking away all
allocated space for itself unless --max-size is raised.
Also, I have /usr/obj -> /nonexistent symlink. Anything that doesn't
respect MAKEOBJDIRPREFIX is bogus.
