What can I Do?
Upgrade to FreeBSD 7.x or above. I am not kidding. FreeBSD 7.x and
above are heck a lot better than 6.x. Those don't have any problem,
which FreeBSD 6.x has some bugs or missing feature that force some
stuff to compile with -pthread when it's not need.
Not yet. First I have to buy new hardware..
so - how can I change the "-pthread" option?
You will have to wait until someone figure where is the right place to
add the -pthread.
I submitted the build fixes for RELENG_6. I'll have a look. The problem
is all of my boxes are >= RELENG_7_2.
I'm going to install 6.4 in a VM and will try to fix the problem, but it
will take a few days.
Cheers,
Florian
