After upgrading to 140.0 Thunderbird shows every Google calendar as "momentarily
not available". The calendars cannot be synchronized or edited, etc.
If I downgrade to 139.0.2 (and run thunderbird --allow-downgrade) everything is
good again.
I do not see any unusual output from Thunderbird.
In fact, in 140.0 some output is missing.
E.g., I see these with 139.0.2 but not with 140.0:
console.error: "Assert failed: Calendar manager initialised calendars before
loadCalendarComponent ran on the first 3pane window. This should not happen.\n "
console.error: "[calCachedCalendar] replay action failed: <unknown>,
uri=googleapi://[email protected]/?
calendar=%23contacts%40group.v.calendar.google.com, result=[object Object],
operation=[object Object]"
Does anyone else see anything like this?
I wonder if this is a general problem or a FreeBSD problem or something specific
to my configuration or environment.
Ah, I should have checked Ass-ons Manager first:
Provider for Google Calendar is incompatible with Thunderbird Beta 140.0
I guess I should stick with 139.0.2 for now or even switch to thunderbird-esr.
