remove openssl dependency
My poudriere can't build linux-c7 correctly any more because linux-c7-trousers
still depends on linux-c7-openssl, the attached patch fixes this.
The change to Mk/Uses/linux.mk in r509800 isn't enough to avoid this problem,
because there's already a package of trousers with the dependency on the
openssl package.
