Update Xfce section
This patch updates Xfce section, because this part is outdated.
x11-wm/xfce4-session already provides xinitrc and it also adds some variables
environment (mainly uses by Xfdesktop).
By default .xinitrc file is able to know if consolekit is used or not, if dbus
daemon is running etc. So we must suggest users to use this file. Xfce desktop
does not need HAL, but it can be present on system (so it can be omitted in
/etc/rc.conf).
