Running `make -j1 install' in oc/en_US.ISO8859-1/htdocs will not install some
symlinks as
doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/porters-handbook/handbook.html
doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/porters-handbook/why-port.html
doc/faq
doc/handbook
However, if you run `make -j1 install' twice it will work.
