It occurred again this morning on an 8-STABLE from late January after 21 days of uptime. On a whim, I tried perl -e '$a = "x" x 1000000;' and it immediately recovered - so this is just an extreme version of the ZFS slowdown that others have reported. -- Peter Jeremy
