This is normal. Each filesystem has a chunk of reserved space for root-only, for disaster recovery and such. Your /var filesystem is full, and has begun overflowing into that reserved space by 36.4MB. Essentially, there is no free space left in the file system, and you must get rid of 36.4MB of data before you can begin to get any free space. --Mike
