Or maybe he will fix binutils. :-) On current anything that use a libpng that was compiled with the new binutils just coredump with a bus error. Well anything is maybe exagerated a little, gs from ghostscript-gnu, pnmtopng from netpnm and also a manually compiled and dinamically linked pngtest from png/work/libpng.
