yes I do ... :) ... I work in a semi-support role at work where I hear lots of
"it's broken" complaints. I know how frustrating it gets sometimes.

No problem. I figured since everything did go so darned smoothly and the system
is SO much speedier, I just had to tip the hat via e-mail. Of course, it did
help to RTFM /usr/src/UPDATING and -stable well in advance of my 3->4
transition though :)
