At boot time /etc/rc display this message:

/etc/rc: WARNING: $ipfw_netflow_enable is not set properly - see rc.conf(5).

This was introduced in r320944 and corrected to some extent in 
r321008.

Nevertheless, a default value for ipfw_netflow_enable should be 
provided:
