I copied GENERIC and GENERIC.hints to MYKERNEL and MYKERNEL.hints respective, and edit them to suit my system. In MYKERNEL, I changed a line of hints to hints "MYKERNEL.hints" and because my fe0's irq is 6, I modified MYKERNEL.hints hint.fe.0.irq="6" Is this ok? I never used *.pl script because I noticed the above way first. :) The kernel yesterday (JST) works well.
