Sidenote: all of these tests work on amd64@r289441 (which is 2 weeks/1000 revs 
behind, I know…). I intentionally integrated in a bunch of tests from 
tools/regression/lib/libc to catch any potential regressions that were checked 
in recently (especially in the locale space).
