Right, but for the time I committed those patches, I was either at
crappy conference wifi, on a train wifi (which didn't allow me to
download large links), or on 3G prepaid wifi where 10MB was 1/10th of
my total paid quota.

Hence why having the tail is kinda helpful. :(
