SMP patch breaks non SMP kernel build

. astpending is now undefined (/usr/src/sys/kern/kern_sig.c:1168)

. some calls to get_mplock and rel_mplock are made without #define SMP 
  conditionnal compile in following modules:

  kern_exec
  kern_exit
  kern_sig
  kern_sync
  mfs_vfsops
  mem
  trap
