There is this link from the wiki, which shows how to build/install/run emulators/wine on amd64: http://wiki.freebsd.org/Wine#Wine_on_FreeBSD.2BAC8-amd64 If there's an even more efficient way to do it, I'd love if it were documented somewhere.
