For the record,  you change options with <SPC> and <ENTER> accepts
the current action button; usually "OK" or "Cancel". <TAB> moves
between action buttons.

The old dialog has a green highlight that shows which button has the current focus. Space or Enter is effectively a mouse click on the current button.

Maybe we need to add a screen at the start of the installation warning that
dialog behavior has changed.

Or "Space to toggle options, arrows to move, Tab to move highlight, Enter to accept highlighted action" instructions in the border of the dialog window. Or, in my case, "Now you have two kinds of activate keys--guess which does what!"
