You have a few syntax errors in your rc.conf, try these adjustments
and everything "should" work (as it works for me on a recent CURRENT.)

gif_interfaces="gif0"
gifconfig_gif0="192.168.0.2 11.22.33.44"
ifconfig_gif0_ipv6="inet6 2001:1111:2222:3333::2
2001:1111:2222:3333::1 prefixlen 128"
ipv6_defaultrouter="2001:1111:2222:3333::1"
