No one ever bothered to port the aic driver to the new CAM interface in 3.0 and 4.0. Since I know you're capable of it, I'm simply going to direct you to the appropriate mailing list (freebsd-scsi) and look away... ;) Otherwise, you're stuck with 2.2.
