I'm planning to commit these changes into src/sys/pccard/. This adds
two features. These features are obtained from PAO.
o PIOCSVIR
Virtual insert/remove of pccard. This will be used "pccardc power"
subcommand like as:
# pccardc power [slot] 0 <-- power on for [slot]
# pccardc power [slot] 1 <-- power off for [slot]
o PIOCSBEEP
Controlling beep for pccard via ioctl. This will be used "pccardc
beep" subcommand.
