Lsof is broken.

It looks like it was broken because of a commit that PHK did, on namei.h,
which removed the definition of the namecache struct from public
visibility.  According to the comments, the commit was the first part of
some larger plan, but I don't see what it is.  It's been 3 weeks now since
the commit.

I already wrote Poul about it, but he hasn't seen my email yet, I guess.
Does anyone know the direction this was going in, and what visibility the
namecache is intended to have?
