There is no need to rebuild Chromium, Widevine patches are applied
unconditionally.

Widevine's license doesn't permit redistribution, which is why we can't package
it. And this is exactly the reason for a separate www/linux-widevine-cdm port,
which simply copies the binary but forces user to accept EULA.
