patch that mimick the one for chromium
This should allow ungoogle-chromium to use widevine.
Note that foreign-cdm-3 put widevine plugin for chromium but not for
ungoogled-chromium,
so user need to do a symlink for it in /usr/local/share/ungoogled-chromium.
