The IDL parser seems to be out of sync with the python flex/yacc package.
I can get past this by editing ppapi/generators/idl_{lexer,parser}.py and
not passing in None for the tables. After that it fails because we're not
compiling assembly sources and there are a ton of unresolved symbols
related to sse2/3 support.
