CVSup is based on CVS, so if the exporter is not working there will be
no updates with CVSup either. It will de-orbit too consequently.
cvsup is important since it is a very efficient way to get source updates.
If you have local modifications, use Subversion from a mirror (see the
Handbook), otherwise you can use portsnap which is efficient (and
secure) too and has the added advantage of instant INDEX regeneration.
