You have a fully INET6-enabled kernel and world but you did not enable ipv6_activate_all_interfaces or provide any ifconfig_*_ipv6 for any of your interfaces? Even then, IPv6 should still be enabled on lo0; you'd have to manually disable it after boot. Can you share the output form `ifconfig -v`?
