It's only the case for the legacy IP protocol behind the NAT. There is no
floating for sessions established over IPv6. For IPv4, floating is performed as
described in comment #6: old_socket -> new_socket -> back to the old socket.
Problems with selecting the outgoing port for the data and control channels
behind the NAT?
