Ektachrome 7294, cross-processed as negative. Color will be a little weird because the curves won't match when you cross-process, but there will certainly be plenty of it.
Next step down would be to just shoot 7294, underexpose a stop and a half and push one stop. The expensive and most dramatic effect would be to have the lab pull separations onto panchromatic B&W high contrast stock and then have them recombine them back into a color print.
