Tell them you just want dolby analogue track, that you will supply 2-channel 48ksamp/sec audio for analogue track and they don't need to provide AC-3 encoded tracks.
Unless you -do- want AC-3 encoded Dolby Digital, in which case you should talk to sound post guys... it should be fairly easy for any sound post house to prep your tracks.
